The popular Nigerian music star, Wizkid, whose real name is Ayodeji Balogun, has announced his intention to take a break from music and now intends to pursue a career in sports.
The singer hinted at this in some posts on his Instagram page. This was in reaction to one of his Fans who urging him to release songs. In response he wrote, “Una Papa dey holiday, make I enjoy” The understanding from the tweets is that it might take him up 5 years, within which he would pursue other career opportunities in sports.
He lists football, golf, wrestling as some of the areas in sports he is interested in.
However, many are wondering if this is a joke; and have been reacting on his comment page.
