The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) has announced the promotion of Dr. Obinna Joseph Ezeobi to the position of General Manager, Corporate Communications Division. The newly appointed GM holds a doctorate degree in Communications from the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
